Responsibilities : + Assists design leader to translate design concept into reality + Prepares and coordinates the development and preparation of preliminary design concepts + Co-ordinates the development of technical/design solutions + Select and research project design materials, furnishings, and accessories + Co-ordinates and prepares design documents, sketches, plans, details and schedules under the direction of design leader Required Skills + Good knowledge of hospitality design is a bonus + Demonstrable skills in creative design solutions including design/selection of FF&A + LEED accreditation an advantage + Ability to communicate effectively in presentations and in writing + Fluent in both written and spoken English, with Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus + Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Affinity required + Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a bonus) or 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and Enscape required Required Experience + Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent in education or experience + 5 to 8 years of design experience required Interested applicants, please send your resume and portfolio of work (8MB maximum) plus your current and expected salary to recruitap@hok.com .
