About this role
Role and Responsibilities Assist Senior Team in the design process in conjunction with the other intermediate interior and FF&E designers.  Execute design presentations with review from the Project Director from concept books through DD books.  Communicate and coordinate with all contractors and vendors for the projects in a daily basis.  Develop interior modeling for renderings and presentations.  Produce design drawings and plans including RCPs, architectural details, and millwork drawings.  Draw custom furniture and participate in the sourcing, procurement, and installation of FF&E.Key Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design. 5+ years of professional, post graduate experience, high-end residential or hospitality experience.  An understanding of the process of taking design projects from concept to construction. Proficient knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is required. SketchUp and Photoshop skills are a plus.
