Job Description: Join our dynamic design team and play a pivotal role in shaping multi-family housing, hospitality, and interior projects from concept to installation. You’ll be responsible for design, space planning, contract documents, and coordination of finishes, FF&E specifications, RCPs, elevations, and millwork details. Key Responsibilities: + Design and space planning + Creation of contract documents + Coordination of finishes + FF&E specifications + Detailed elevations and millwork + Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit Hard Skills: + Proficiency in space planning + Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD + Experience with contract documents + Coordination of finishes + FF&E specifications + Elevations and millwork details Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in the vibrant city of Baltimore, Maryland. Work Environment: + Be part of a close-knit design team of 11, including your Design Manager. + Enjoy a flexible work schedule, typically 40-45 hours per week, offering a great work-life balance compared to competitors. + Collaborate closely with a Senior Designer, gaining valuable mentorship and growth opportunities.
