Job Description
We are currently seeking an Interior Designer with experience in multifamily, cultural, educational, and/or institutional projects. The Interior Designer will work alongside other Interior Designers to develop and design the interiors for a major institutional project in NYC. There will be opportunities in the future to design interiors for multi-family residential and cultural projects.
ResponsibilitiesProduce drawings and renderingsCreate presentations for clientsWork with construction documentsSelect furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)Mentor junior designers on projectsEssential SkillsBachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design6+ years of professional experienceProficiency in RevitExperience designing large scale and complex projects in educational, civic, healthcare, and multi-family sectorsStrong understanding of design and technical aspects of projectsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate well with internal and external team members and consultantsWork Environment

The office is open and spacious, overlooking the water with plenty of natural light.
Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
The work hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
