Job Description:
Assist in a variety of projects under the guidance of experienced mid to high-level designers. Your tasks will include drafting and rendering plans, elevations, and details for design development and construction documents, covering tile/stone layouts, millwork, reflected ceiling plans, and electrical plans. You'll receive technical guidance from the Project Manager on complex issues and project plans.You'll measure, document, and draft the existing conditions of spaces and furniture, and develop presentation materials for design and client meetings. Producing design development drawings in Revit or CAD from CAD or hand-drawn schematics will be part of your responsibilities. You'll assist the Project Manager with design development, ensuring consistency with project-specific design intent, and draft and model trim, built-ins, furniture, cabinets, and technical details in presentation and construction documents. Additionally, you'll source and study selections for plumbing, stone/tile, decorative lighting, finishes, accessories, hardware, and more.Responsibilities:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office3 - 7 years of residential design experienceDegree in Interior Architecture or Interior DesignStrong communication, problem-solving, and professional written skillsDetail-oriented, team-oriented, and self-motivatedProfessional work ethicComfortable with taking directionAbility to read construction drawings and prioritize tasks across multiple projectsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Suite is a plusPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
