Interior Designer - High End Residential Developments

The group has recently experienced rapid growth within sectors beyond residential such as hotels, private clubs, hospitality, and leisure.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interior Designer to join their in-house design team to work on luxury projects across the multi-residential, residential, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare spatial planning, test fit and schematic design schemes. Developing the design in 3D SketchUp, 3DS Max (or similar) and AutoCAD Prepare concept design and development presentations Prepare FF&E Schedules as required Assist in the practical sourcing and procurement phase of ID projects including onsite coordination, assistance during fit-out and delivery of projects Review of reports and documentation packages, drawing schedules, and specifications from external consultants Liaise with internal project teams including construction managers, projects managers, and development teams Liaise with external interior design, architects, engineers, and specialist sub-consultants Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers as required Document checking with alignment against the company design brief and pillars Monitor and mitigate project risks and escalate where necessary Maintain an awareness of all matters relevant to the design and production of the deliverables for the project Assist with Quality Assurance The onsite management and coordination of styling elements for photoshoots and events as required Skills & Experiences: Proven success as an Interior Designer within the property development space Relevant degree in Interior Design or equivalent Proficiency with design software will be viewed advantageously Strong spatial planning skills Experience in developing and presenting concept designs, including creating development presentations Knowledge of FF&E with expertise in selecting and scheduling furniture, fixtures, and equipment and a strong understanding of materials and finishes. Experience managing design projects from concept to completion, including sourcing, procurement, and onsite coordination during fit-outs. Competence in reviewing design documentation packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating clients, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and project progressionBenefit & Culture: small close-knit design team city fringe location flexible working locations exciting luxury project experience
