We’re seeking an Interior Designer & Procurement Associate to support the Expansion Department and contribute to the design and rollout of KREWE’s innovative retail concepts. This role will collaborate with the Founder and Expansion Leadership to create store layouts and custom design solutions that elevate the KREWE Guest Shopping Experience and meet brand standards. The ideal candidate has a deep appreciation for art history, furniture design, and material sourcing, ensuring that each retail space reflects the brand’s creative vision and high standards. This role requires expertise in design, procurement, cataloging, vendor relations, and logistics to effectively design and source materials, furniture, and decor.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Aesthetic Development:Support the development of store layouts, schematics, and concept designs.Research and integrate elements of art, furniture design, and historical references into retail spaces.Ensure alignment with KREWE’s brand identity through material selection and design details.Sourcing & Procurement:Identify and source unique materials, furnishings, and decorative elements that align with KREWE’s aesthetic vision.Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee procurement logistics.Develop sourcing and procurement strategies to streamline material selection and budget adherence.Project Management & Implementation:Assist in the scheduling and rollout of new store openings.Provide finish, hardware, lighting, and furniture specifications for all new stores.Coordinate FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications and vendor installations.Work closely with the Accounts Payable team to process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.Library & Documentation:Create and maintain a library of design samples, historical references, and vendor contacts.Maintain documentation of past projects, best practices, and materials used.Qualifications:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Art History, Furniture Design, or related field.3+ years of experience in interior design, procurement, or sourcing for retail, hospitality, or luxury environments.Technical Skills:Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with construction, architectural, and store planning terminology.Additional Competencies:Strong understanding of historical and contemporary design trends.Ability to identify high-quality materials and craftsmanship.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Benefits & Perks:Competitive wageGroup health plans: health, vision, and dental insuranceWelfare benefits: life, AD&D, and supplemental voluntary coverageFSA Plan & HSA Program401(K) investment optionsAdoption Assistance, EAP, and Commuter BenefitsPaid Parental LeaveQuarterly Cultural SpendOngoing training & development, including an educational allowance10 paid holidays & Paid Time Off accrualKREWE employee frame discount (of course!)Diversity & Inclusion:
