The reponsibility of the Interline Accounting Analyst is to manage and reduce the days of sales outstanding by using collection techniques on Interline receivables.

 

Principal Duties:

Review aging for each carrierManage returned mailCall Interline carriers to collect on delinquent billsCorrect billing rates from the Outbound Collect Queue before invoicing customersReview and correct invoices as appropriateSend supporting documents to customers when corrections are necessaryProvide quality customer service in a timely manner for all internal and external customersManage Audit Correction reports from partners by updating terms, discounts, accessorialsRespond to emails from Partners on terms, rates, reconsignments, returns and accessorials in a timely and professional mannerProcess 999 RefundsManage the Auditing QueueEffectively handle special assignments as directedAbility to assist with the Partnership Accounting team job duties as neededContinuously look for opportunities to improve processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar or 3+ years of related, professional experienceStrong organization skillsAttention to detailKnowledge of state and federal tax form processes Excellent written and oral communicationAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork, initiative, and customer service skills Benefits Stable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days Options Click here to apply for this jobApplyEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
