In Aviva's Centralized Payment Unit, the Intermediate Account Analyst works with a team processing Preferred Vendor payments. They ensure timely and accurate payment processing for Aviva Canada's multiple lines of coverage. They maintain a portfolio of Premiere vendors and provide valuable feedback to shape service standards.

What You'll DoUse your claims knowledge and experience to validate invoices and determine the appropriate coverage and payment coding for entry into the ClaimCenter system.
Find, log, and resolve any errors or discrepancies in payments, ensuring flawless execution.
Respond to inquiries from vendors, examiners, and internal auditors, taking action to ensure that Premiere vendor payments are accurate and follow standard methodologies.
Use analytical and creative problem-solving skills to resolve outstanding invoices, advancing issues to the appropriate action channel when necessary.
Strictly adhere to service level agreements, production, and quality targets to compete successfully in the market.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery and training, striving for ambitious goals and proven results.
What You'll BringAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and functions.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Access and databases.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to multitask and achieve both team and individual targets.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
At least 1 year of experience working in the insurance industry.
Solid understanding of the ClaimCenter system.
Knowledge of accounting principles will be considered an asset.
What You’ll Get:The salary band for this position ranges from $38,800 to $72,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
