Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant in Nashville, Tennessee. The role will be pivotal in maintaining the financial health and transparency of the organization. The Intermediate Accountant will work with various accounting software systems and focus on core accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Accurately process various accounting transactions using accounting software systems. • Maintain and update Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) records. • Perform regular auditing procedures to ensure financial data accuracy. • Utilize CaseWare, Ceridian, and Concur for financial services and reporting. • Handle ADP - Financial services with utmost efficiency. • Monitor and manage accrual accounting processes. • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounting functions. • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Collaborate with the team to improve accounting processes and procedures. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in accounting. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Must have experience with ADP - Financial Services. • Familiarity with CaseWare is essential. • Knowledge of Ceridian is a must. • Ability to use Concur is necessary. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is crucial. • Must be skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR). • Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is essential. • Prior experience with Auditing is required.
