Description We are offering an opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The role primarily involves handling tasks related to accounting functions within the financial services industry. This is a short term contract employment opportunity that provides the chance to work with various accounting software systems. Responsibilities: • Utilize accounting software systems to carry out various accounting duties • Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks efficiently • Engage in ADP - Financial Services operations to ensure smooth financial processes • Use CaseWare for auditing purposes and maintain accurate records • Operate Ceridian and Concur for different accounting functions • Perform accrual accounting tasks and ensure accuracy in all operations • Address customer inquiries promptly and provide necessary information • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required • Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications. Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is a must. • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. • Prior experience with CaseWare is desired. • Knowledge of Ceridian is necessary. • Ability to operate Concur is expected. • Understanding and execution of Accounting Functions are essential. • Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is needed. • Capability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial. • Expertise in Accrual Accounting is mandatory. • Prior experience in Auditing is a significant advantage.
