Job Description
This position involves leading projects within Commercial/Workplace, Retail, Healthcare and Branch Banking practices. Depending on your role, you will either be responsible for the technical development or the creative development of these projects under the guidance of Project Managers and Designers.
ResponsibilitiesLead projects for Commercial/Workplace, Retail, Healthcare and Branch Banking practices.For Project Professionals: Oversee the technical development of projects, which includes Design Development (DD) to Construction Administration (CA).For Project Designers: Guide the creative development of projects, encompassing concept creation, Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E) packages.Collaborate with peers and junior team members to ensure project goals are met.Work closely with Project Managers and Designers to align project deliverables with client expectations.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience (candidates with 3+ years from notable competitors or with strong portfolios may be considered).Proficiency in Revit with professional project experience.Experience in Corporate Interiors, including office spaces, retail, commercial, workplace, building lobbies, and amenity spaces.For Project Professionals: Experience in assembling full Construction Documents and Construction Administration.For Project Designers: Experience in developing concepts, presentations, FF&E packages, Schematic Design, and Design Development sets.Additional Skills & QualificationsLicensed Architect or Interior Designer preferred.Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties.Understanding of NYC and/or National Building Code.Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in the office and 1 remote day (Fridays).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00
