Award winning Architecture, Planning and Interior's firm is looking for a talented Intermediate Designers for major projects

Responsibilities:

Be an essential part of a project team working on all phases of a design project from Pre-Design through Construction Administration Assist in project coordination and the production of project documentation through all phases. Collaborate with the Project Manager and senior members of a team to produce deliverables accurately and on time Lead pre-design, research and design studies Prepare presentation drawings representing design intent.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Architecture/Design or equivalent practical experience.  5-8 Years of post-graduate experience. Minimum of 3 years of local NYC experience on medium and large scale projects. Good understanding of NYC code and zoning for commercial and new construction projects. Expert with Rhino and visualization tools. (Enscape, Vray, etc.) Ability to prioritize & multi-task. Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starter who is driven to learn and test out new tools. Team player, excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
