• Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Conduct research to identify new techniques and approaches to improve our AI solutions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights. Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to gain a deeper understanding of the data.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and data scientists, to integrate machine learning models into applications and systems effectively.
• Algorithm Optimization: Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth and fast execution.
• Testing and Validation: Evaluate the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics. Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the models.
• Documentation: Document the development process, algorithms, and models. Prepare clear and concise technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, Business case development etc. Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups.
• Master strategic business process modeling, traceability, and quality management techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience identifying and communicating analytical outcomes, verbally and in writing, to both business and technical teams.
