Job Title: Intermediate Designer
Job Description

You will focus on production interior design, working with a fast-paced project schedule. You will put together construction documents quickly and accurately, hand off drawings, markups, redline, and conduct site surveys. Knowledge or experience in workplace interior, tenant improvement (TI), or corporate interior projects is beneficial.

ResponsibilitiesProduce construction documents accurately and efficiently.Hand off drawings, markups, and redline as necessary.Perform site surveys for each project.Space planning to effectively utilize space in blueprints and drawings.Use AutoCAD daily; familiarity with SketchUp is advantageous.Ensure project deadlines are met by managing design phases via AutoCAD.Contribute to freeing up leadership for business development.Essential SkillsProficiency in interior design and interior architecture.Strong skills in AutoCAD.Experience with workplace interiors, TI, or corporate office work.Proficiency in redlining, markups, and production design.Ability to balance 3-4 projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or design.Knowledge of SketchUp and Revit.Space planning skills.Experience handling construction documents.Revit knowledge is a plus but used minimally.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
