In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop technologies using the latest tools and frameworks to maintain our market leadership. Write software in accordance with requirements and specifications and use best practices to build high-quality software. Debug and validate software issues on the latest and greatest unreleased products and those encountered by customers. Write automated unit and system-level to continue building our automation pipeline and a release-ready product. Help the scrum team continuously improve its environment and CI/CD processes, especially in using and maintaining the test and development pipelines. Actively participate in initiatives to implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Development mechanisms throughout the entire DeltaV software development process. Foster a creative atmosphere, review and provide detailed feedback on peers’ design and code, and participate in agile activities like sprint planning and retrospectives. Participate in Hackathons, Tech Talks, and Communities of Practice with like-minded people. Additional tasks assigned by the supervisor that fit into or correspond to the type and nature of work in this position.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field and 3+ years of related experience or a master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field and 2+ years of related experience Experience with the development of embedded real-time firmware using C/C++ Experience using object-oriented design techniques. Experience architecting and designing embedded real-time applications. Experience with low-level microprocessor programming, including PowerPC and ARM processors. Experience with software testing, including test-driven development and automation. Knowledge and experience working in the process control industry is considered an asset. Proficiency in English and Polish
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience with C# (WPF, Winforms, WCF), Yocto, Windows System Programming (WMI, Powershell), Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) Experience working in an Agile Scrum Team Experience with commercial real-time embedded operating systems (QNX, Embedded Linux or similar)
