A bespoke, new-age Hospitality design firm is very busy creating highly stylized Hotels, Restaurants and Private Residences. This award-winning company is eager to hire an Intermediate Level FF&E Designer with 5-8 years of Hospitality experience who is also excelled in AutoCAD, and has experience designing custom furniture.

Key Responsibilities

Experience sourcing and writing thorough FF&E specs and schedules Develop custom FFE design intent drawings and being able to run with a heavily custom FFE package pretty independently Manages FF&E budget throughout project Experience working with custom furniture vendors to create one-of-a-kind pieces Reviews and approves FF&E purchase orders, coordinates final placement of FF&E installation Develops and reviews construction documents to determine compliance in areas of quality, code and design Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors Work closely alongside the team on development of concepts and packages for high-end Hospitality, Retail and Residential projects

Skills and Experience

Proven experience leading numerous successful projects in high-end hospitality design with a focus on FF&E and project management Should be familiar with Hospitality Brand standards Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Spexx preferred Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while remaining professional  5-8 years professional experience in Interior Design with a majority being Hospitality focused Understanding the priorities within each project  Attention to detail
