Intermediate Graphic Designer

As an integral member of our Digital Hub, your role as a graphic designer is crucial in shaping the visual aspects of digital transformation at CDM Smith. You will be instrumental in:
• Designing and Producing Digital Content: Creating visually appealing communications, presentations, internal websites, and marketing materials for new digital offerings and managing content for our SharePoint Intranet.
• UI/UX Design: Developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for internal and external applications. Your work will enhance user experience by ensuring logical flow and aesthetically pleasing designs across digital platforms.
• Strategic Collaboration: Participating in strategy sessions to discuss and develop visual and interactive storylines that enhance our digital tools.
• Innovative Visualization: Researching and implementing fresh, engaging design ideas for presentations, social media, and interactive digital experiences.
• Concept Development: Working closely with marketing and internal teams to refine graphics, visual themes, and user interfaces that effectively communicate complex information.
• Technical Proficiency: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of graphic design software and UI/UX design tools and actively contributing to our graphics database.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting thorough reviews to ensure all visual and interactive materials meet quality standards before final production.
• Brand Integrity: Upholding CDM Smith’s brand standards across all digital platforms and communications.
