Plan and execute hydrogeological fieldwork, including drill supervision and instrumentation installation. Analyze aquifer testing data to develop innovative conceptual models. Address groundwater challenges such as inflows, dewatering, and remediation systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions. Prepare clear and impactful reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Manage junior staff and ensure projects stay on track, on time, and within scope.What You Bring to the Role
Education: A degree in geology, civil/geological engineering, or physical geography, with a focus on hydrogeology or hydrology. Experience: At least 5 years in hydrogeology, ideally within the mining sector. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in groundwater modeling, aquifer testing, and installing deep groundwater instrumentation. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, combined with excellent teamwork abilities. Field Readiness: Ability to work independently on-site and travel as required (valid driver’s license needed).
