What We Are Looking For

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Device Segment Marketing Manager to join our Medical Device team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and brand preference with key customer segments, including medical device manufacturers, contract manufacturers, and at the point-of-care.   This role requires close collaboration with product management, sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of value propositions to distinct customer groups.  The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competencies in strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically. 

 

Salary Range\: This role has a salary range of $95k to $115k depending on experience and qualifications.

 

What You Will Do

 

Be customer obsessed- this role requires field engagement with customers and key commercial stakeholders to continuously develop knowledge of the commercial landscape, industry trends, customer pain points, our solutions, and then leverage the customer-driven insights to craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies. Lead, own and drive- the creation and implementation of marketing strategies tailored to target market segments to achieve business and commercial goals. Content is king- the ideal candidate is expected to own and manage the medical device content calendar across different communication channels including the 3D Systems website, social media, external trade publications.  This requires the ability to create and/or steer the creation of compelling and value-added content, up to and including case studies, testimonials, evidence-based clinical research studies, customer-pitch decks and more.  Drive engagement and heightened impact from clinical champions- lead efforts to build a KOL program that enhances the credibility and trust of 3D Systems products and solutions.  This person is charged with operationalizing these critical and influential relationships to enhance product credibility, accelerate market adoption and drive meaningful revenue contribution to the business. Steer the implementation of multi-channel campaigns and events to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams Lead efforts to heighten win rates, up to and including, creation of battle cards, customer-pitch decks, sales enablement tools, promotions and more. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of strategic marketing initiatives Prepare and present regular updates to the business on campaign performance, insights and recommendations to senior management Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing impact and outcomes Develop and manage the segment marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and optimized spend to achieve commercial objectives

Position requires up to 10-15% travel to refine solutions knowledge, build relationships with key commercial stakeholders and customers, and optimize results.

What You Will Bring

 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business Administration or related field.  Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in marketing specifically in the Medical Device industry is mandatory. Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to develop innovative commercial and go-to-market strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and the healthcare industry. Content creation, writing and presentation skills.  Graphic design skillset a bonus. Strong subject matter expertise in marketing automation platforms (Pardot experience preferred). Strong subject matter expertise in CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred). *
