Intermediate Project Manager - Healthcare
About this role

 

An established architecture firm is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager for large-scale healthcare projects. Ideal candidates are flexible thinkers and excellent communicators, ready to take initiative. 


Key Responsibilities:
 

Collaborate with the Principal-in-Charge to create and present design proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Oversee projects from start to finish. Lead teams of up to 10 members, assigning tasks to ensure timely project delivery. Take charge of all project management functions, including budgeting, staffing, billing, and consultant invoicing. Direct the daily operations of the architectural team, guiding them from design through contract documentation and administration, while also coordinating with client and consultant teams. Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Assist in proposal writing and participate in interviews for prospective projects.



Required Qualifications:
 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. 6+ years of experience in healthcare projects, with HCAI/OSHPD. Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in graphic, organizational, technical, verbal, and written forms. Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and 3D modeling. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Licensure + LEED Accreditation a huge plus. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
