Key Responsibilities
To support branches, trainers, and agency members on pre and post training co-ordination with service excellence mindset to ensure customer satisfaction on training administrative operation. To promote and communicate effectively with branches and agency members on training related matters and training requirements to ensure training compliant. To assist in training program enhancement and ad-hoc tasks. To support company, division and department project
