Get to Know the Team

The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. We contribute to Grab's vision by developing business strategies that serves our community.

The GrabFood team is a dynamic team within the Deliveries family that works together with other departments within the Singapore Operations team to increase business growth for the GrabFood vertical.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a motivated intern who will assist the team with planning, researching, and analysing strategic plans. You will work independently, collaborate on projects, and help develop special projects. To succeed in this role, you will embody independence and rigour. This role will be fully onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will provide operational and project management support for GrabFood demand-generation campaigns, including setup, documentation, and post-campaign analysisYou will analyse data to facilitate decision-making, identify issues, and develop solutionsYou will conduct market research on competitive landscape and growth opportunitiesYou will support planning and execution of projects

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Undergraduate in Business/Science/Engineering or other relevant coursesFamiliar with spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) , databases, project management, and deck preparationComfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environmentExpress ideas in writing and verbally, and can foster positive interactions with team membersWrite and improve SQL queries to transform data from diverse databases and sourcesExperience in developing data dashboards, reports, and visualisations
