How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
A
Delta Professional Services (DPS) Aviation Management intern will help achieve
divisional goals and contribute to DPS' overall success. Interns will be
working with a specific team such as, but not limited to, Business systems or
Business Administration & Employee Services.
+ Interns will have the opportunity to work with and gain experience in other departments, such as, but not limited to, Account Services, Comms & Engagement, ATP CTP, Sourcing & Pipeline, Flight Operations.
+ This is a paid internship, including additional privileges such as standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty. This is not a remote opportunity, Interns will work on-site at Delta's World Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Pursuingan undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Information TechnologyManagement), Aviation Management, or Industrial Engineering (or similar degreewith applicable skills)
+ Is atleast 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
+ Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Demonstratesthat privacy is a priority when handling personal data.
+ Possessexcellent communication skills, be able to process complicated issuesquickly, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitiveinformation.
+ Abilityto work under tight deadlines and time constraints while being able tomanage and prioritize multiple project requests conjointly
+ Internallymotivated, curious, ready to learn, and eager to make an impact
+ Strongorganizational and time management skills required
+ Musthave a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, Excel,Forms PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
+ Showcompetency in skills that include collection and analysis of data, readingand summarizing new regulations, and the ability to problem solve quickly.
+ Havea competitive GPA and be in good academic standing with your university.
+ Mustbe able to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA office
+ Mustcommit to the internship timeline: May 12th, 2025, through August 1st,2025.
