Job Description

To assist Brand Manager to arrange/execute all Sales & Marketing activities with the support of:

Social Media management and monitoringCreation and scheduling of FB marketing collateralsEvents coordinationCampaign Management (e.g poster & leaflet creation )Assist in Sales Campaign Report CalculationAssist in Sell-out campaign Report CalculationRiase Credit Note for Sales Campaign PayoutData analysis – charts/slides for presentationCoordination with dealers and contractorBasic knowledge of Facebook and Lazada, ShopeeSupport adhoc projects ( if any)Administrative and operational support to the sales teamSupport auditing documentationLoyalty Apps management (BECO)Support Order ManagementCoordination with dealers & end-users enquiriesMaster Data MaintenanceUAT Testing SupportGif Redemption Delivery ProcessLiaising with internal Logistics dept on the shipment delivery to dealers

 

QualificationsAble to work full time/part-time for a period of 6 months (Sept 2024~ Feb 2025)Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Social Media or Digital Marketing related studiesAble to conversant in English and MandarinProficient in using social media platforms like WhatsApp and FacebookProficient in MS Word and intermediate proficiency in MS ExcelFamiliar with data entryFamiliar with Power BI
