Job Summary
Supporting internal communications for Corporate Communications department.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
To assist in managing timeline and execute the production of monthly e-newsletter by coordinating with all relevant departments for content and info. Assist in planning, organising and executing internal events (eg: townhall) for employees and other relevant, internal stakeholders. To assist in managing intranet sites and pages. To assist in sending weekly news to regional office. To assist in executing ad hoc requests from regional office when needed.External Communications
To assist in translating and copy checking BM press releases, product collaterals, campaign material when needed. To assist the team in special projects and ad hoc requests when needed.
Key Requirements
Diploma / Degree in related field of studies Good communication and interpersonal skill. Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and verbal)
