We are looking for an intern to support our initiatives around Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Management & Dealer Portal Support. You will be part of a regional Commercial Operations team, whose charter is to devise and execute initiatives (CRM being one of it) in support of the organization's commercial aspirations. Your success will help the organization leverage on CRM in reaching out to more patients via Doctors and Dealers.

How you will make an impact:

Cleanse and upload data into CRMMaintain important data structure to ensure data is flowed into AnalyticsSupport Dealer Portal website in term of access & dataTroubleshoot CRM & Dealer Portal in an event of an error or inaccurate dataOther incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology  Available for the duration of the internship period (4 – 6 months)

What else we look for (Preferred):

Our tool of choice: Excel. Experience in Salesforce & Salesforce Data Loader will be a bonus.Like all tools, they come with limitations, you will have to be creative and look outside the box for solutions and workarounds.You will be required to devise calculations and logic to arrive at data that are not readily available.
