Intern, Digital Banca

As an intern in Digital Bancassurance, you will help optimize customer journeys by mapping them out and identifying pain points within digital insurance processes, providing insights to enhance user experience. You will contribute to executing digital insurance projects, tracking progress, assisting with documentation, and suggesting improvements. Your role involves analyzing customer feedback, sales data, and digital campaign performance for management reports, creating tools to track key performance indicators, and compiling data for business update presentations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to compile business metrics and performance highlights. Additionally, you will stay informed about industry trends and digital innovations in the financial and insurance sectors. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


Customer Journey Optimization:
- Assist in mapping out customer journeys and identifying pain points within the digital insurance processes
- Provide insights or suggestions for enhancing user experience across digital platforms, based on research or testing

Assist with Project Execution:
- Contribute to the execution of digital insurance projects, from ideation to implementation
- Track project progress, assist with project documentation, and identify areas for improvement

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and digital campaign performance for management reporting
- Assist in creating tools for tracking key performance indicators
- Assist in gathering data , insights, progress updates across different projects to create clear and concise business update presentations
- Work closely with stakeholders to compile key business metrics, financials and performance highlights into slides

Learning & Development:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and digital innovations in the financial and insurance sectors. 

Requirements:
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
