Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plant Maintenance & Calibration
Assist with the coordination and execution of corrective and preventative maintenance related to HVAC, purified water systems, chillers, boilers, electrical equipment, refrigeration, and other critical utilitiesGain an understanding of the building automation system (BAS)Assist with the calibration of plant instrumentation and equipmentExecute tasks and processes in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Project Management
Provide support for Facilities and Engineering projects including URS, change management, drawing updates, commissioning activities, and other project related activitiesAssist in the development of Facilities summer shutdown schedule and related objectivesQuality and Compliance
Create and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs)Support of deviation investigations, change controls, and CAPA’s related to Facilities and EngineeringQualifications:
Education & Experience
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. Proof of academic enrollment must accompany applicationActively enrolled in a relevant field of study such as Engineering or Project ManagementKnowledge
Knowledge of MS suite of productsStrong written and oral communication skillsProficient in PC programs, including Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of GMPs preferredSkills & Abilities
Effective communication and organizational skillsProficient in all Microsoft Office applicationsPhysical Requirements
