Intern, HR Admin

Responsibility:

The intern will be part of HR department where they will learn & acquire the fundamental of various HR Function. This role will provide support in daily HR operational duties & administration to management.

Job Description:

Involve in recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening and interview arrangement.Involve in new hire onboarding process, including pre-onboarding coordination as well as offboarding clearance.Involve in training coordination & arrangement.Involve in employee engagement initiatives, including team bonding, wellness program and recognition events.Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the management including handling expense claims.Manage calendar and agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.Organize meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders and prepare and drive the entire meeting and logistical setup.Make travel arrangements for the function heads, including flight & hotel booking, visa, other required documents.Create and manage purchase orders for all executive related purchasesAssist other ad-hoc operational administration matters.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.Able to commit to a duration of at least 3 to 6 months.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Able to handle sensitive matters/situations and have strong time management skills.Proficiency in Excel, Word and PPT.Previous relevant internship experience would be a bonus.
