You will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Expertsresponsible for our HR platform globally at Lundbeck. As a member of HR Systems function, you will be providing insightful answersto a variety of system-related questions and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. **What is the challenge?** + Provide support to SuccessFactors users in their daily tasks. + Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to the program. + Participate in trainings and workshops related to SuccessFactors. + Assist in the configuration and maintenance of SuccessFactors modules. + Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to optimize processes. + Create and update technical and user documentation. **What you bring to the team** + Currently studying. + Very good English (min.
