Purpose of RoleThe Human Resources Rookie will be part of the SAPAC HR team to support the day-to-day operation and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with laws, standards and government regulations in Singapore.
We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time 6-month internship.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Human Resources, including local labor laws, advisories, and the skill set required for an HR generalist role.
• Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support employee life cycle
• How to communicate across a diverse organisation with many different cultures, geographies and preferences
• Strong interest in Human Resources is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (good time management)
• Takes initiative and able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
• Independent learner who is open to being guided by Seniors & Managers within the organization
• Team player mindset with communication & collaboration skills

Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
