- Provide support to HR business partners on various projects: engagement surveys, salary and promotion reviews, talent management programs, labor relations cases, etc;
- Participate in projects and meetings related to labor relations;
- Participate in the disciplinary and grievance management process.
- Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in human resources management;
- Produce various reports and provide administrative support.
- You are studying for a bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources management;
- You have an excellent command of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
- You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (oral and written);
- You are rigorous and detail-oriented;
- You are organized and structured;
- You have a positive attitude and are approachable;
- You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
Boarding Information:
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
