The Human Resources Intern will gain exposure to Learning and Development, Org Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), and Employee Engagement initiatives in Southeast Asia (SEA).

Responsibilities:

DE&I - SEA Spotlights - Create individual emailers to highlight the unique culture of select SEA markets in accordance with APAC guidelinesAssist in the planning and execution of Employee Engagement Activities in SEAAssist in the planning and execution of Learning and Development, Org Development and DE&I activities in SEAAssist in special projects across Organisational & Talent Solutions (OTS)

Internship Requirements:

Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degreeStill an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship periodMust be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between May to August 2025Indicate your internship availability (start and end date) in your resumeIndicate your expected graduation date in your resumeIndicate your portfolio link in your resume and application (if any)

Requirements:

Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human ResourcesPassion for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel brandsHighly self-motivated and meticulousAbility to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environmentStrong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams in HRAdopts a inquisitive approach, proposing information and solutions in creative waysPassionate team player with a never-ending curiosityCreative mindsetProficient in MS OfficeExcellent Communications skills – verbal and writtenExcellent command of written and spoken English
