**Basic Function**
To participate as a member of the Industrial Design staff in the research, concept development, and design of products for kitchen and bath.
**Specific Responsibilities**
+ Participate in problem-solving exercises with the Lifestyle Studio and Industrial Design staff and/or project teams.
+ Contribute to the development of the CMF product strategy.
+ Contribute with research and experimentation of new technologies, materials, and processes applicable to Kohler products.
+ Assist in presentation preparation which could include creating and mounting graphics, preparing models, creating material and mood boards, procuring physical samples, etc.
**Skills/Requirements**
+ Junior or senior level in accredited school or college of industrial design or applied arts (working towards Bachelor or Master of CMF, Industrial Design, Fine Arts or Science) with academic emphasis on product design preferred.
+ Relevant experience in industrial design, graphic design, engineering, or architecture is ideal.
+ Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and basic knowledge of Rhino and Keyshot, or equivalent 3D software.

_The hourly range for this position is $25.23 - $31.54. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s education and work location._
