JOB TITLE: Intern, Laboratory, Lab Testing\n

RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\nIn laboratory, performs routine laboratory procedures and set-ups of analytical equipment, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nOperates equipment to perform established testing procedures in accordance with SOPs.\nAssists in chemical or biological analyses.\nPrepares standard solution reagents, media, and related materials to use in testing.\n Reports to Laboratory Supervisor III.\n\n

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:\n\n College Junior or Senior science or engineering major, with at least three courses in chemistry, including a laboratory. \n General understanding of laboratory procedures.\n Ability to perform careful laboratory manipulations.\n Good communication skills\n\n

OTHER INFORMATION:\n\nTime frame: May to September\nWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm\n\n
