We are a partner to the business, serving the critical role of helping to ensure that we always act with integrity; protect our patients, customers and employees; safeguard our corporate assets and engage in our business activities in compliance with all applicable laws.


We are looking for a summer legal intern to help support the commercial needs of Hologic’s Breast and Skeletal Health Division. The Breast and Skeletal Health Division offers a broad portfolio of solutions, including the first 3D mammography system, cutting-edge bone densitometry technology, AI mammography software, biopsy solutions and several recently acquired breast surgery products, to enable early detection, more certain diagnosis and accurate and compassionate treatment to ensure patients have the best possible care when they need it most. 

Projects could include:

Analyzing and drafting various legal documents, including customer and vendor commercial agreements, data privacy agreements, consulting agreements, and nondisclosure agreements. Synthesizing complex legal research into workable guidance for the business. Reviewing marketing materials. Assessing compliance risks to the business. Assisting department members with general corporate matters.

We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Key qualifications include the following: 

Actively enrolled in law school  Must have completed 1st year of law school as of June 2025 Medical Device experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated excellent academic credentials Innovative, inquisitive, and collaborative - Solution-oriented, business-minded, and adaptable Capable of communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work onsite at our Marlborough, MA campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided
 

The hourly pay range for this role is $25 - $30 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
