About the role

This Marketing Intern role will gain exposure in the planning and execution of marketing and communication strategies and activities, collaborating across other lines of businesses in Disney in the delivery of integrated consumer product marketing initiatives in the Philippines.

The role will be responsible for supporting the local Disney+ campaigns including creative ideation for title campaigns encompassing global and regional content. The core objective is to gain awareness and engagement for titles/products being pushed.  Therefore, this role requires a strong grasp of consumer insights and latest trends so that these can be applied onto the creative approach.

He/she will support in the ideation of localizing the title campaigns and will be working closely with the Brand and Content (B&C) Marketing Leads in determining best approach for the campaigns. 

Responsibilities:

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and eventsLocalize existing assets (AVs and KVs) according to specific PH Marketing needsManage the localized assets and distribution to key stakeholdersLiaise with internal team for asset sourcing and content approvalsAttend agency briefing sessions and understand the workings behind the agency-client relationship and be equipped with the skills necessary for future briefingsAssist with the preparation of presentation, creative briefs, and reporting decksAnalyse the results of localized campaigns and share findings with markets as best practices.

Overall

Actively participate and support brainstorming sessions, business reviews, and campaign reviewsThink creatively to produce new concepts/ideas, while working with available assetsLiaise with different lines of business and learn synergy for marketing campaigns

Requirements:
