As a Partner Solutions intern, you will assist the team in the planning projects related to Self Serve Merchant Solutions, Omnicommerce Strategy, Fleet Advertising Strategy, and Managed Merchant/Partner Solutions.
Get to Know the Role
You will focus on market research, optimizing processes, building dashboards and reports, and supporting project rollouts. Your contributions will have a significant impact across several facets of the business.
You'll report to the Assistant Manager, Country Business Development. You will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will work on a specific work plan aligned with your internship timeline.You will contribute to projects related to Self Serve Merchant Solution and Omnicommerce Strategy.You will do market research to support business intelligence and strategyYou will help improve reporting and create dashboards for team functions.You will analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of multiple projects and make data-driven recommendations for improvementsYou will prepare and deliver presentations to share insights with key stakeholdersInternship Learnings
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Pitching and presenting the concept to partners will help them improve their verbal and written communication skills, as well as convey ideas clearly and persuasively. Engaging in negotiations for commercial terms will enhance their ability to negotiate effectivelyProject Management: Monitoring the deployment timeline and coordinating with cross-functional teams will give them hands-on experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoringProblem-Solving: Addressing concerns or issues that arise will develop their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, as they'll need to come up with solutions on the flyData Analysis & Marketing: Watching performance metrics and suggesting improvements will help them learn how to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Suggesting ways to increase usage of the food locker will provide insights into sales strategies and marketing techniquesAdaptability: The dynamic nature of the project will require them to adapt to changing circumstances and feedback, fostering flexibility and resilience.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
