Intern, Part- Time Human Resources
Job Summary

As an Human Resources Intern, you will play a crucial role in the administration of Human Resources Department. This role will require attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and organizational skills, Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the coordination of company events and gain exposure to different facets of HR management.

Duties/Responsibilities Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. Provides clerical support to the HR department. Conducts or assists with new hire orientation. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Performs other duties as assigned. Who We Are Looking For Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communications skills: verbal, written, listening Ability to build relationships with & service the customer (internal) Ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to work efficiently individually, as well as in a team Strong attention to detail Maintain confidentiality and integrity Ability to work under pressure Work Environment Office setting as well as manufacturing facility Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Education Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional Information
