Our team leads procurement activities to support the development of new aircraft programs.
Supporting a Senior Agent for all Procurement activities. Assisting in the preparation of governance material for executive level viewing Preparing and driving the progress of initiatives Creating project plans Working with legal documentation Participate in negotiation strategies and contractual terms Assist in preparation of business casesDuring your internship, you will learn:
How to navigate within a company with multiple departments How to develop speaking and presentation skills How to facilitate meetings for medium sized groups The importance of governanceHow to thrive in this role?
• You are enrolled in a business administration, or in a supply chain management program; with experience in change management
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly of PowerPoint and Excel;
• You have strong analytical and problem–solving skills, good communication and planning skills;
• The capacity to summarize data analysis and communicate the outcome clearly
• You have strong customer orientation, demonstrate flexibility and autonomy and can manage multiple priorities;
• You have good contractual knowledge;
• You are resourceful and have a drive for results
• You have excellent written and oral proficiency in English and in French.
• You have knowledge of Sharepoint and SAP (an asset)
• You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material
• You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements
