Intern, Project Coordinator

The Intern, Project Co-Ordinator will work within the Project Management Office (PMO) to support project and program management activities including firmwide Operating Cadence Co-ordination, Governance, Process Improvements, Planning, Control, Reporting, Analysis and Providing insights across the change portfolio.

 

Main Responsibilities can include:

 

Operating Cadence Co-ordination:

Supporting the Office of the COO and Chief of Staff to standardize leadership meetings across Kroll Communication of changes promptly within the Operating Cadence calendar Liaising with the communication and technical teams, supporting with the creation and implementation of automation, digitization and other enhancements

Analysis and Reporting of Project and Portfolio MI

Assisting the PMO and wider Project Management community with the analysis of information for reporting and status updates Amalgamation, filtering and consolidating of project, program and portfolio information for analysis and reporting Production of project MI and reports, covering delivery, schedule, budget, resource, issue, and risk management updates Quality assurance (QA) of data used for management reporting purposes, received from Program, Project or Portfolio Managers

Change and Communication

Contribute to project collaborator identification and communication planning Communicate professionally and efficiently with Program & Project teams to ascertain relevant and timely updates for reports/presentation Creating, assessing and maintaining standardized project governance material including templates, workflows and process documentation. Ability to review issues with a new perspective, identifying innovative and alternative approaches to addressing and resolving them

Required skills and experience:

Excellent information analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to represent complex information with a simple and structured approach Strong computer literacy, including advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite of products, specifically Excel, and a willingness and skill to learn new tools quickly Ability to be proactive and use initiative to achieve a successful outcome in a timely manner Remaining autonomous and taking ownership of tasks independently, keeping Manager informed as required A strong customer service focus and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders/suppliers The ability to work effectively in a team environment and to deadlines applying judgement to assess the relative importance of assigned tasks and prioritize effectively High attention to detail and an orderly approach to processing

Continuously adopt a pragmatic, flexible and responsive approach Manage competing demands whilst maintaining constructive and supportive working relationships with collaborators across the group Continually monitor and evaluate the quality of data in the tools, and actioning or raising to Manager as appropriate

Salary range for this position is $20-$35 USD/hr
