Establish the project schedule and participate in the development of the implementation plan; Prepare and present the business case in support of the business unit's decision-making; Prepare the governance file for presentation to the management team; Support the Program Analyst to meet approved costs (labour, materials and other direct costs) and monitor project performance; Identify the risks associated with the project and give visibility on mitigation plans to reduce risks; Support the program team in meeting key performance indicators of the Program Department and seek-out stakeholder engagement; Work to solve issues of various degrees of complexity; apply knowledge to solve problems, be able to work on non-standard tasks / queries; possibly work within minimal guidelines; Look at problems from different angles, be innovative in your problem-solving solution. You are studying for a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management; You have relevant experience in Project Management; You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset) You have good interpersonal and leadership skills; You have a high level of knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; You can take on responsibilities through which priorities could evolve and / or change quickly; You are able to express your ideas clearly and accurately, orally and in writing; You establish and maintain good working relationships with your colleagues; You demonstrate creativity for developing methodologies allowing you to produce a high level of quality in your deliverables
