We’re looking for an Intern, Project Monitoring who will join the Building Consulting Unit.

Day-to-day responsabilities:

Performing Project Monitoring and Construction Cost Control, Due Diligence activities Inspection the construction site, analysis of the construction documents and permission, analysis of the respect of construction procedures, interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement Reporting and presenting technical analyses and conclusions including written reports and technical data processing

Essential traits:

Bachelor: Architectural or Engineering or Master in Real Estate Interest in Real Estate Construction Fluent in English Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe, BIM Predisposition to team work and problem solver skills, focus on targets, able to build strong relationships and promote collaboration.
