Join the 2025 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2025 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 2, 2025 and conclude on August 8, 2025. 

About the role

Are you curious, motivated, and forward-thinking? FIS is looking for a talented social media intern to support our social team’s efforts. You will support the creation of all aspects of a corporate social media post. Additionally, you will create listening and monitoring dashboards, pull analytics, and research competitors. You should have good communication and basic copywriting skills, as well as a good grasp of social media best practices and trends. You will report to the Director of Social Media who will guide you on the social media content and campaigns you will be working on. At the end of the internship you will have learned how to run all aspects of social media campaigns.

About The Team 

By joining the Public Relations and Social Media team, you will be part of a dynamic global team that is using leading-edge communications tools and channels to promote FIS, our people and solutions. The social media team works closely with all marketing functions (digital, content, events, paid advertising, etc.) to bring full integrated campaigns to market. Key areas of focus for the social media team include employee social advocacy, influencer marketing, social listening, and the creation of strategic plans to support marketing stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing  

Help create and/or curate all social content, including text, image, and video

Contribute to the FIS Employee social advocacy program through internal trainings, content creation, development of new ideas to expand the program, etc.

Maintain the social media content publishing calendar including editing and scheduling of posts in our social media management tool, Sprinklr

Engage with brand followers and fans on social channels

Support campaign reporting to derive insights for optimizations

Conduct social media listening and social media monitoring using appropriate tools

Stay informed about trends and tools in social media, marketing, technology and advertising

What You Bring

Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

Rising Senior (graduating December 2025 through May 2026)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and willingness to learn

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
