This summer, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Integrated Business Planning Team and contribute to the transformation of our planning processes.
Role Overview: As a Summer Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the implementation of new Integrated Business Planning processes across our enterprise. Integrated Business Planning integrates demand planning to supply planning – from customers to manufacturing plants and suppliers. You will work closely with our Commercial, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and Manufacturing teams to identify set up and implement a state-of-the-art business planning process. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and optimize and entire value chain.
Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency.Assist in the documentation of new processes and ensure proper training for relevant team members.Build a virtual team of IBP ambassadors and support the change management processCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.Participate in project meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Support the communication activities, e.g., building intranet pages. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.A passion for problem-solving and innovation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
