Key responsibilities for this role include:

Assist in formulation development lab activities for transdermal and thin film product development, such as weighing chemicals on sensitive analytical balances, creating mixtures, drying films, and packaging samples in pouches.

Assist in the execution of experimental trials, including creating samples, microscopy, physical testing and analyzing data.

Collaborate with a team to explore and test generative AI tools in support of R&D product development initiatives and other various projects.

Support formulation laboratory activities such as material handling, chemical inventory, and maintaining lab equipment.

Assist with project tasks, research, and administrative duties, including preparation of technical memos or presentations of work performed.

Maintain organized notebook records and documentation

Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their (Junior) year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in engineering, mathematics, or science (i.e., or a related field of study).

A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
