Position Summary: The Transitions and Due Diligence intern position provides college and university students with an overview of Property Transitions and Due Diligence through projects and assignments to include data transfers and file audits.

 

The Internship Program will begin on May 28, 2025 and end on August 6th, 2025.

Responsibilities Support the Transitions and Due Diligence Team by completing ad-hoc requests according to needs of staffLearn to complete data transfers in the property transition life cycleAssist the Transitions or Due Diligence with special client requests or reporting as neededComplete property file audits, as neededShadow on site unit walks, as neededComplete at least one project to be finalized by the end of the internshipPerform other duties and tasks as assigned Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university degree programMust be available for the duration of the program; May 28th - August, 6th 2025Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlinesGood organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.  Company Information
