**What you will do**
+ Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data, including employee performance, retention, and recruitment metrics.
+ Help create and maintain HR reports and dashboards, utilizing data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Power Automate.
+ Conduct research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improving HR processes.
+ Support in measuring key HR metrics, such as turnover rate, employee satisfaction, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
+ Collaborate with the HR team to identify data-driven insights that support business strategies.
+ Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership based on data findings.
+ Provide ad-hoc data support as required.

+ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions.
+ Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.
+ Knowledge of HR systems (Workday, ADP, etc.) is a plus but not required.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
+ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Must have 30 credit hours and a minimum GPA of 2.75
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience or coursework related to HR analytics, workforce planning, or employee engagement.
+ Familiarity with basic statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

For all intern and co-op positions, the hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree seeking area of study.
