EquipmentShare is Hiring an Intern: Real Estate/Corporate Legal EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Legal Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri for the 2025 summer. Pay Range: $20-$25/hr Responsibilities + We offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects + Assist in all phases of real estate transactions + Assist in prioritizing and managing organizational legal needs related to real estate acquisitions and corporate transactions + Assist in drafting and managing transactional documents such as letters of intent, purchase agreements, and leases + Assist in resolving land use issues + Research real property related laws and regulations About You Our mission to change an industry is not easily achieved.
